A versatile pocket transmitter, ready for two receiver types.
The GO-Body-F5 is a UHF belt-pack transmitter, designed to take a headset microphone, a lavalier microphone or any line-level source, via its mini XLR connector and MIC/LINE selector. It pairs just as well with a RACER-GoMod Evo module built into a RACER Evo speaker as with a standalone GO-Mono receiver, for use in either a mobile setup or a more traditional installation with a mixing desk.
F5, F6 or F8: how to choose your frequency band.
The GO-Body is available on three dedicated UHF bands: F5 (514-542 MHz) and F6 (630-660 MHz), both continuous bands, plus F8, which consists of two separate segments (823-832 MHz and 863-865 MHz, the latter corresponding to the European harmonized SRD band). Each band offers 16 selectable frequencies. Since UHF frequency regulations vary by country, it’s advisable to check local authorizations before use, particularly outside France. F8 is authorized in most European countries but can be more congested; the F5 and F6 bands offer an alternative wherever local regulations allow them.
A flexible connection, reliable operation.
Thanks to its mini XLR connector and MIC/LINE level selector, the GO-Body-F5 adapts to either a microphone or a line-level source. Powered by two 1.5V AA batteries (or two rechargeable 1.2V cells), it delivers frequency stability of ±0.005% and distortion below 1% at 1 kHz, for faithful transmission throughout the performance.
